Information
The I.G. Airport
has two airports . One is for domestic passengers and the othe
for International Passengers. the Distance between the tow
airports is 8kms
Domestic
Travel: The Domestic
Airport,. Known as Terminal 1B, is 35 minutes drive from
Connaught Palace. It has two terminal buildings one for domestic
departures and the other for common arrivals.
International
Travel: The international
airport, known as terminal-2 has two levels, the upper and the
lower level. The upper level for departures an the lower for
arrivals
Coach
Services: Free coach
service of AAI is available for bonfire passengers for going to
Terminals 1A and 1B as also for bonfire international departure
passengers outside the arrival building. The coaches leave at
intervals of one hour. The AAi Free shuttle service is also
available between Terminals 1A and 1B at a frequency of 20
minutes, Besides this a highly subsidized bus service to the
center is available by the EATS and DTC. The fare charts are
available at the counter.
Prepaid taxi
Service: The fare is to
be paid at the counter inside the terminal itself. Rs 2 per
baggage piece is charged with the fare and no extra payment is
to be made to the drive. the receipt is to be handed over to the
driver at the final destination.
Medical Services:
Free medical facilities are available at the medical rooms of
the AAI.
