The monsoon climate of Nepal means little rainfall from Oct to May, the ideal trekking season. Midday temperature in Oct-Nov averages around 24^oC with cool mornings and evenings. During the winter months, Dec-Feb, the mornings and evenings are foggy and cold with midday temperatures of 18⁰C and during spring, March-April, the weather is similar to autumn but warmer with occasional rain in late April.

This great adventure combines the very best of Nepal-Mountain trekking, river rafting and wildlife safari. Provided, you are reasonably fit, this program is suitable for all ages and especially popular with family groups.

This grade B trek takes you below the snowcapped peaks of Machapuchare (6997) and Lamjung (6986), through brilliantly colourful rhododendron forests to the tribal villages of the Gurungs and the Brahmin community. A chance to share a cup of tea with these friendly people whose way of life has remained unchanged for centuries.

The thrills and spills of river rafting will be an unforgettable experience. Guided by professional boatmen, you raft through foaming rapids and drift through spectacular scenery to the jungles of the Terai lowlands. In the Royal Chitwan National Park whilst riding on elephant, you might sight a tiger or whilst, canoeing a Mugger crocodile. The park covers approximately 932 sq kms and has more than 43 species of mammals and more than 450 species of birds.

Day 1 Arrival in Kathmandu.

Day 2 Sightseeing in Kathmandu.

Day 3 Drive to Pokhara, where the trek commences and continues until day 11.

Day 11 Drive to Trisuli River Camp. Rafting until Day 14.

Day 14 Drive to Royal Chitwan National Park. On safari until day 17.

Day 17 Drive to Kathmandu where you are at leisure until day 20.

Day 20 Fly to destination.

Everest Base Camp & Gokyo Lake  21 DayS/20 NIGHTS

Day 01 Transfer to airport, fly to Lukla, start trek to Phakding.

Day 02-06 Full day treks to Namche Bazar, Thame, Khumjung, Dudh Kosi and Luza.

Day 07-08 Full day trek to Gokyo. Next day to hike up the ridge above the camp.

Day 10-11 Full day treks to Nymagawa valley and over Chhuguima Pass to Dzongla.

Day 03 Half day trek to Begnas Lake. Drive (45 min) to Pokhara hotel for the night or camp at the lakeside.

Drive to Pokhara by bus and overnight camping. Trekking commences from Pokhara through riverbeds and terraced hillsides on trails through villages and oak forests to picturesque Ghandrunk village. You trek to the deep narrow Mardi Gorge, the entrance to the Sanctuary. It is a spectacular mountain amphitheatre formed by the towering peaks of Annapurna South, Annapurna 1 & 3, Gangapurna Glacier Dome. Machapuchare Camp is set up at the Annapurna Base Camp at 4500m in the middle of this awesome landscape. On our return to Pokhara, we visit charming Gurung villages. Camp overnight at Pokhara and return to Kathmandu by bus.

Day 1 Kathmandu to Pokhara by bus.

Day 2 Commence trekking from Pokhara till day 11

Day 11 Finish trek at Pokhara.

Day 12 Return to Kathmandu.
